  • Payment: We accept payments via credit card, e-transfer, and other online payment methods. By submitting an order, you authorize Pharmvials to charge the provided payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • Payment Authorization: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as payment issues, fraud, or inaccuracies in the order details.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Shipping: We offer shipping via trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for an additional charge. Please contact our customer support team to arrange for same-day delivery.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders over $250 within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on order size and destination and will be displayed during checkout.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the order has been shipped.

  1. Returns and Refunds
  • No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except as required by law. If you have issues with your order, please contact customer support for assistance.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will evaluate the situation and may provide a replacement or credit.
  1. User Conduct You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading or transmitting content that is harmful, defamatory, offensive, or illegal.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pharmvials will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or the products purchased from the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
  2. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Pharmvials, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts located in Mississauga, Ontario
