Are there any shipping fees?
We provide free shipping for most Canadian regions on orders over $500 (before taxes). However, shipping to some remote or rural locations may incur extra charges. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
What is the delivery time for my order?
For in-stock items, orders typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
For custom orders, delivery times vary:
- Custom vial closures: Approximately 10 weeks
- Custom adherence cards: Approximately 4 weeks
- Custom laser labels: Approximately 4 weeks
- Custom thermal labels & receipts: Approximately 4 weeks
- Custom bags: Approximately 5-8 weeks

Do you provide expedited shipping?
We do our best to accommodate rush orders. If you require faster processing or delivery, please contact us at +1 647-931-0055 to discuss expedited shipping options.
Which carriers do you use for deliveries?
Currently, we ship via Purolator and Day & Ross. We are also working on adding additional shipping partners to improve service and reach more locations.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to add products, please place a separate order. We will do our best to ensure both orders are shipped promptly.
Tracking Your Order
To provide you with transparency, we offer multiple updates on your order’s status:
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email immediately after placing your order. This confirms that we have received your request.Order Processed
After your order is processed, you will receive another email containing a copy of your order confirmation, along with an estimated shipping date.-
Order Shipped
When your order ships, you will get an email with a copy of the packing slip. If multiple shipments are made for a single order, you will receive an email for each shipment, each with the same order number in the subject line. -
Track Your Shipment
Once shipped, you can find your tracking number in your Order History page. Select the relevant order and click the “Track Shipment” button to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Conditions for Returns
We accept returns on most products under the following conditions:
- Custom-made products (including printed items) cannot be returned.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to accepted returns.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that each return is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the ongoing health situation, certain returns may not be processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Product Quality
We stand behind the quality of all our products. If any item does not meet our high standards, we will either replace, refund, or credit the product. Our team works hard to investigate any quality concerns and improve our processes.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or does not meet our expected standards, please contact us immediately. In such cases, the return policy conditions outlined above will not apply.
